Octagon café required a design and fitout to attract the increased amount of visitors entering the premises. Situated near to the reception, it awaited an inviting entrance with spacious seating. It needed to be delivered through a modern yet functional design which would accommodate the varying needs of individual and group visitors.

Woodhouse designed a modern café that was striking and welcoming. The reception desk was relocated so visitors naturally flowed into the open-plan café. The expanded seating accommodates plenty of people, without impacting the privacy of the individual tables.
Feature zigzag lighting injects a trendy coffee-shop ambience that is separate to the wider building. Bright and rustic colour tones deliver a compelling timeout and five minutes of rest for the workers there. The servery is a key area that is equipped with all new appliances and counters.
