As a Senior Project Manager reporting to the Head of Operations, your primary purpose is to ensure the successful and efficient execution of construction projects within the Operations Department.  Your role is pivotal in achieving the organisation's overarching goals and contributing to elevating our world-class Net Promoter Scores. You will be responsible for the practical management of every stage of a project build, collaborating closely with Design Department, Pre-Con Managers, Site Managers, sub-contractors, and other building professionals.

As a pivotal member of our Sales and Pre-Construction team, the primary responsibility of this role is to be the specialist on all furniture solutions.  The main objective of the Furniture Consultant is to collaborate with the Design, Pre-Construction and Operations teams to ensure the incorporation of optimal furniture solutions in our projects, meeting client expectations while staying at the forefront of industry trends. Through your strategic expertise, you will contribute significantly to the success and reputation of our organisation by delivering high-quality and innovative furniture solutions to our clients.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring the seamless coordination of Pre-Construction Managers, Designers, and Project Managers. The primary focus is on achieving and exceeding sales targets, while maintaining targeted gross profit percentages and high conversion rates. This position involves cultivating and sustaining strong client relationships, and providing critical insights to enhance project delivery processes. Through effective collaboration with the Sales Director and cross-functional teams, the Project Director contributes to the overall growth and excellence of our organisation in the competitive sales and construction landscape.

The Marketing Manager will help develop and execute the marketing strategy, conduct market research, and manage the marketing budget. They will build and protect the brand, create and manage external events and collaborate with business development to ensure a collaborative approach to marketing. The role includes digital marketing strategy, content creation, and media relations. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will lead the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and performance measurement.

The main responsibilities of this role include creating marketing collateral for all areas of the business including digital and printed assets, collaborate on workspace visualisation and renderings, and develop compelling content for sales presentations which is pivotal to securing new business. Further responsibilities will include helping to develop and maintain brand guidelines, maintain design software and equipment and collaboration with the marketing team on all creative concepts.
