Based on a competitive budget and a high level of design capabilities, Woodhouse was appointed to manage the refurbishment of the Cat A space.
The team completed the project within an 8 week period (excluding lockdown) leaving the global property investment company delighted with a space that sets them apart boasting bespoke features such as metal ceiling rafts and unique basins within the washrooms.
The existing floor has been thoroughly polished using the latest technologies and the space is now ready for London & Regional Properties to attract their target clientele.
