Managing the practical side of every stage of the build, you'll work closely with designers, sub-contractors and other building professionals in planning, scheduling and coordinating a project from beginning to end; based on agreed safety, time, cost, and quality standards and objectives. This includes the securing of required permits and licenses and delivery and security of materials and equipment to sites as well as negotiating with, hiring and supervising contractors ensuring worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes.
The Preconstruction Manager will be expected to co-ordinate with design to ensure all aspects of the of the project are buildable to an agreed budget. As well as, assisting other Managers with technical detail and co-ordination of working drawing packs across all projects pre and post contract signature.
