A property group sought after an extremely fast-track programme to create serviced offices for their new co-working brand in London. Internally they required a full office design, build and furniture package to create a high-quality space where independent businesses can thrive. Externally they needed to bring the building back to life. They required landscaping, assistance with the main entrance building, a rooftop enclosure and weatherproofing.
Woodhouse was on-site within days of the project sign-off, ensuring maximum efficiency in timing and mobilisation of the project. Three core solutions were addressed; the creation of high-quality, premium offices; the installation and refurbishment of a new top floor and accommodating lift; and surrounding areas that facilitated the high-profile workspaces.
The design encompassed five key schemes, with each area creating a sophisticated, plush environment. The top floor boasts a sky bar and lounge with views across London. This was exclusively accessible for occupiers to use, and a unique offering to other serviced offices. The destination workspace features a luxurious aesthetic throughout, which enables Regent 88 to attract high-end occupiers.
The design team at Woodhouse build concepts in Revit, a BIM tool, which is 3D, ensuring that issues are ironed out at the design stage rather than on-site during the construction phase.
