Innovative and smarter workspaces of the future

Thrive Homes

Thrive Homes wanted to reduce the size of its existing office space, improve productivity and design an environment that inspired staff and catered for future expansion.

Woodhouse was appointed to optimise their workspace by undertaking an in-depth strategy piece at their offices in Watford. This consisted of an audit of their existing space to establish staff requirements and improvements. A heatmap of the ground floor highlighted occupancy and utilisation levels which would then influence the design of the space.
